We usually reply within one business day.

I'm a complete beginner. Is CGSENSEI™ Academy right for me?
Absolutely! If you have a basic understanding of how video games and computer graphics work, you can confidently enroll. If you've never worked with Unreal Engine before, we highly recommend starting with our free mini-course "Quick Start in Unreal Engine 5" — it's specially designed for beginners and follows the same lesson structure as our main courses.
System Requirements for UE5 on macOS and Windows

You can take the course on either Windows or macOS — all tools, including Unreal Engine 5 and the Rider IDE, are officially supported.

Minimum requirements for UE5 on Windows:

  • Operating System: Windows 10/11 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD FX-6300
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM or more
  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870
  • Storage (SSD): 100 GB of free space

Please note that Windows laptops without a dedicated graphics card are not suitable.

Minimum requirements for UE5 on macOS:

  • Processor: M1 Pro or higher
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM or more
  • Supported devices: MacBook Pro or Mac Mini/Studio
  • Storage (SSD): 100 GB of free space

Intel-based MacBooks released before 2020 are not suitable. As an alternative, you can rent a cloud PC or a computer in a gaming club.

What languages can I study in CGSENSEI™ Academy?

Our courses are currently available in English, German and Russian.

Subtitles in other languages — such as Spanish, Polish and French — are available depending on the course. Please check the course page for details. We add new subtitle languages based on demand and our technical capacity.

All voice-over is recorded personally by the course instructor. We don’t use AI voices for any of our lectures.

Do you provide support during the course?

Yes! Students on the Legendary Edition and Premium Edition receive personal feedback and support from the instructor in our private Discord throughout the entire course.

The self-paced plan is fully independent learning: it doesn’t include Discord access or instructor support.

How does payment work in CGSENSEI™ Academy?

Choose the plan you need on the course page and pay with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Everything is fully automated through our learning platform Teachable — right after payment you get access to your course.

Having trouble with your order? Contact us at info@cgsensei.pro and attach your payment confirmation.

How long do I have access to the courses?

Cohort Training plans (Legendary and Premium Edition) include lifetime access to the course after graduation. The self-paced Standard Edition includes 1 year of access from the date of payment, including course Updates. Details in our Terms & Conditions.

Do you help with job placement?

We don’t offer job placement or career consultations, paid or free. But our Discord brings together a large community of students and industry professionals — share your work there and you may get noticed by mentors and studios.

The best student projects are featured on our YouTube channel and website, which helps more people discover your work.

Can I enroll if I’m under 18?

Yes! Please contact us at info@cgsensei.pro before purchasing — you’ll need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Can I combine studying with a full-time job?

Yes, absolutely. We recommend about 1 hour a day — around 5–6 hours per week — to successfully complete the course and build a strong portfolio.

Are you an accredited Unreal Engine Training Center?

Yes — since 2026, CGSENSEI™ Academy is an official Unreal Authorized Training Center (UATC), accredited by Epic Games and based in Vienna, Austria.

Is the training online only, or is there an offline option?

All our training is online only. We are not offering offline classes at the moment.

Can I get a refund?

Our courses are digital content with instant access, so the 14-day right of withdrawal expires once access is granted.

Any refund options we offer are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
